I am so thankful I found this product. Nothing I have ever tried has ever worked so well. Most oral treatments I have used merely numb the pain. With the Joshua Cold Sore Solution, I can prevent an mouth ulcer from even occurring by using it as soon as I feel the discomfort beginning in my mouth.

In a few days, the discomfort is gone without the mouth ulcer ever forming. If I forget to use the solution preventively, but wait until the ulcer is formed, the solution works in 2 to 3 days. Without the solution, my mouth ulcers have been painful for weeks at a time.
